Eliza asked Sei for any ideas on how to get Rick and Kathleen together and then she, Judy and Hiro set them up for a blind date. Rick figured it out straightaway that Kathleen was his date when she confronted him about why he was there...Kath on the other hand had a "blonde moment"!
Before arriving at the restauraunt, they complimented each others' looks. During dinner, Rick nearly made Kathleen to tears after they both commented on each others' attention spans. However, Kathleen told Rick that her violence was almost like a shield. Rick suggested that she be herself, to which she thanked him and kissed him on the cheek, making them both feel awkward and embarassed.
Afterwards, they went to watch POTC 4. As they made their way home, Kathleen told Rick that she really liked him, getting embarassed. Rick then told her that he liked her too. Kathleen then asked him to prove it, to which he responded by kissing her for the first time.
Eliza, Hiro, Sei and Damian (Mariam's other OC) sometimes spied on them, Damian sometimes making Hiro jump thanks to a trick he does by appearing from nowhere!
